Shithole. Shower is disgusting, lot is dark, trailers parked in any direction, potholes, no bobtail parking, list goes on.

Recommendednew to tanking and the guys there weren't rude at all about me being a bit lost and confused on procedures at their facility, like where to drop dirty tank and where clean ones are and where wash tickets located on them
I wish ALL Quala washes were as good as this one. I have been let down by too many of them to the point of costing me thousands but NOT by Joliet!
The employees there don’t care about drivers. They treat us as dirt, they lye when the trailer will be ready and they will not call you when is ready. The general manager does not care to hear complaints... in fact he does not care on any customer complaints, he will joke about your complaint and joke with you to get you piss off.
Recommendedwith all these new changes n new washing equipment I'll be looking forward to shutting down here - a better place 😉
