MOLD ON THE WALLS IN MY BATHROOM FOR THE PAST 4 YEARS! My children and I have lived with this for 4 years!! A new property management company has taken over recently. They came out once and I haven’t heard anything from them since so I highly doubt that they’re going to fix it either and I thought the new apartment manager was a nice guy until he decided to crack a joke at my religion, so much for being hopeful about the new management and new company…this place is hell on earth and I don’t think it’s ever going to get bette... read more

Lived here for a few years. Asides from a few weird neighbors, a few antiquated appliances, and one washing machine for the building, the price and location was good.
Doesn’t even deserve 1 star. This place is terrible but not because of management and maintenance it is the fault of the regional managers of Depaul Group. Their own receptionist told me “I cannot make them answer a call if they don’t want to soyou have to leave a message” After I’ve left multiple due to a damage on my property caused by another tenant
