I'm sending my complaining I had been resident living in this apartment since 2018 everything was great but last nine months owner and manager there is a corruption charging people nothing they have bad system payment. I give them in December 2025 I'll be out for February I dropped the key and everything related to apartment on January 31/2026 Later I received bill $530 for 5 February 2026 even I wasn't in apartment or the area
The people who run the leasing are very shady. I leased with them August 2024-2025 and they automatically renewed our lease with no warning besides an email saying that a renewal offer was “coming our way.” It was posted in the portal & then automatically renewed with no notice. We promptly let them know we were not renewing and then turned in our keys on July 31st 2025. 10 Years and Better Than Ever – Huge Thanks to Morgan Properties! I have lived at Quakertown West Apartments for over 10 years, and I can honestly say this community has never looked or operated better than it does right now under Morgan Properties’ management. Since the new management took over, the improvements have been immediate and impressive. I’ve been a resident here for a while and recently the complex changed ownership. Unfortunately, not much has improved. They put on a fresh coat of paint, but the place is still not very clean. They’ve also increased the rent and started charging for utilities, even though it doesn’t seem like the utilities are fairly metered. For instance, we have to pay for heat we can’t control ourselves, which doesn’t feel fair.
