The people who run the leasing are very shady. I leased with them August 2024-2025 and they automatically renewed our lease with no warning besides an email saying that a renewal offer was “coming our way.” It was posted in the portal & then automatically renewed with no notice. We promptly let them know we were not renewing and then turned in our keys on July 31st 2025. 10 Years and Better Than Ever – Huge Thanks to Morgan Properties! I have lived at Quakertown West Apartments for over 10 years, and I can honestly say this community has never looked or operated better than it does right now under Morgan Properties’ management. Since the new management took over, the improvements have been immediate and impressive. I’ve been a resident here for a while and recently the complex changed ownership. Unfortunately, not much has improved. They put on a fresh coat of paint, but the place is still not very clean. They’ve also increased the rent and started charging for utilities, even though it doesn’t seem like the utilities are fairly metered. For instance, we have to pay for heat we can’t control ourselves, which doesn’t feel fair. Too expensive. I have several contractors in my apartment in 1 month doing "improvements". Rent does not include gas, water, sewer, trash and the cost of water and gas for your apartment is calculated by square footage and numbers of occupants, even if you are on vacation (so you pay for your neighbor water and gas) and for the trash that is dump to our dumpster from the nearby townhomes.
