My experience with Morgan Properties has been disappointing. The communication with management is poor, maintenance requests are often delayed, and customer service is not responsive. Be cautious when dealing with move-in and move-out procedures, as extra charges may appear without clear explanation. I would not recommend renting from them unless major improvements are made.
MOLD ON THE WALLS IN MY BATHROOM FOR THE PAST 4 YEARS! My children and I have lived with this for 4 years!! A new property management company has taken over recently. They came out once and I haven’t heard anything from them since so I highly doubt that they’re going to fix it either and I thought the new apartment manager was a nice guy until he decided to crack a joke at my religion, so much for being hopeful about the new management and new company…this place is hell on earth and I don’t think it’s ever going to get bette... read more
