My bunny was treated with great compassion, the staff understands how important pets are in my life. There are others in this world, that don’t understand the importance of pets in our lives, but QVC gets it.

We had to take our puppy, Whiskey, to the clinic this evening because we believe she swallowed a squeaker from a toy. The staff was AMAZING. They were all so kind and patient with us. Whiskey can be very shy and timid, but she warmed right up to everyone! It helped that the staff was all very understanding of her temperament and willing to take things slow to make sure she was comfortable.
They are awesome took my dog in right away for an emergency and kept in contact with me also sent me a picture the next morning. I would highly recommended them
I love the vets themselves but recently had to have 2 pets hospitalized in last 3 mos. I couldnt afford the bill up front. Both pets totaled about $5k. I got the impression the money was more important than my pet. I only pray I do not need a return visit as I heard them state any future visits must be paid in full. Also when visiting our pet, another patient had 2 techs come over and before even discussing their pets condition they wanted to be sure credit paperwork was filled out first. Both of my dogs are treated very well and especially love Dr. Svorr.
We are limited in this area for emergency Vet services on weekends & I was absolutely not taking my dog to Valley Central after being attacked by 2 Pits yesterday morning. The thought of them asking for money the minute I walked through the door in the emotional state I was in was too much. I made the decision to go to Quakertown & it was the BEST decision I made.
