Had to take my little Jack Russell/Chihuahua mix here last night. She had a small laceration on her back leg, and we were unsure what happened or caused it. The staff was so amazing. We barely sat down in the waiting room for 5 minutes before being taken to a room. We were told that our little girl needed some light sedation so they could clean the wound and add a suture. The entire staff is very caring and compassionate.
QVC has the most amazing staff of caring Dr’s and staff I’ve ever dealt with and I know my 4 legged babies are safe in their hands. I trust them so much that I have no problem driving an hour for an appointment.
I bring my indoor pets here for routine vet care. I also care for 3 outdoor cats I provided T/N/R for who are not traditional house pets as they still have feral qualities. One of them became sick with a probable URI and was not eating. I was able to wrangle OB(orange boy) into a carrier and transported him to his appointment today. Dr. Consigli, who the appointment was scheduled with, was very kind and treated him like any other furry family member.
