Food was good but not hot warm at best, sorry
A first after 50 years of eating out. Firstly, Karen provided excellent service, no, unbelievable service! Secondly, she and the manager Stephanie approached us and said there was an error on the bill. IT WAS IN OUR FAVOR! What an amazing surprise! We can't recommend Quaker Steak and Lube enough, knowing they put the customer first. By the way, the food quality and servings were excellent. Give it a try!!
I just wanted to give a shout-out to Dalton (manager) and our server last night—they both did an outstanding job! It was busy all evening, and they were constantly on the move, but they never missed a beat. They stayed on top of our group's needs, checked in regularly, kept our drinks filled, and made sure our food came out great. Their attentiveness and positive attitude made the experience even better. Fantastic job all around—our group had an amazing time!
Steph, enida and dalton are amazing! So is the rest of the crew. Great atmosphere! A+ service
