False advertising fine print. If you want to get hosed this is the place to go. I am assuming it was a manager came over when questioned bill and needless to say she had a serious attitude. No thank you. My money spends anywhere.
I came in with my family last week and was very disappointed. We come in often and I have never had worse service! Avery was our server and she was extremely unprofessional. Every time we asked for anything (which isn’t much, some silverware and ranch) she would sigh and complain. I ordered 2 times in a week and my order was shorted. Just today it happened, I went back and they were going to fix it. When I told the manager Ben I was going to contact corporate he told me to leave or he was going to call the police. No refund no food. They stole from me and gets away with it. DO NOT EVER GO THERE it was the Austintown ohio store. Finally got my refund today which is sunday but no apology from the uppity manager Ben.
