We love coming here but the service tonight was not the best. It took 15 - 20 mins to get someone for our drink order

Absolutely the worst place in town!! Walked in and the place is frigid, sit down at our booth and the server walked to the table behind us 4 times and never greeted us. Then another couple came in and was seated at a table and he immediately went over and took their drink order. We decide to leave and the hostess, who had just seated us 10 minutes earlier, said "Ya'll come back and see us!" Not a chance!!!
Food came fast and waitress was great... Walked out the door and forgot my to go box... Immediately turned around and went back in and they had thrown it out... When I asked about it I was basically told tough shit... What a joke...
Hostess seated us and for 20 minutes we were totally ignored. .as if we were invisible. Will not go again!
Great ribs and some excellent wings that myself and the grandson's absolutely love. I have never been disappointed in the food or service.
My husband and I are out to dinner with our baby at quaker steak and lube in charl. She's still in and infant carrier and can't yet sit up in a restaurant high chair so I asked for a sling. The 1st sling they brought me, the buckle was broke on one side on it and it wouldn't buckle. The 2nd sling they brought me didn't even have a buckle on one side! I then explained to the waitress that I need a sling that has a functioning buckle, cuz my baby is a wiggler. She went looking and comes back and tells me that none of the sling... read more
Watch employees put hands in there pants watch one stick her finger in her mouth and grab someone's plate and take it off to someone's table go to the back pick up window and watch it all unfold in front of your face
