Always great food and service. Have never had a bad experience there
Waiter was clueless. Food was barely warm and took ages to get it. Table was broke and I needed to use a menu to stop it from tipping over. On a $51 bill I handed the waiter a $100 and got asked If I needed change...... Then he brought back $10. I get mistakes but missing $39 dollars is not a mistake it stupidity.. Won't ever go back..
Steak was tuff, ordered Sam Adams and was given a yuengling...

A friend and I ate there last night. As usual, the food was great with little wait time. All the wait staff are friendly and take good care of you, but we always request to be seated at one of Johnathon's tables. A great waiter. 👍

Service was terrible. Food was cold. One person in our party had glass in his Hamburger. Will not go back to any quaker steak and Lube. Had a bad experience in the one in Wheeling. Now having one in Charleston makes me not wanna eat here again.

Great servers food was hot and fresh prices for lunch were reasonable one of my favorite wing joints
