Seriously unprofessional and incompetent service department. Even more unprofessional and childish owner as can be seen in his responses to legitimate customer complaints. The amount of 5 star reviews despite this extremely low quality service is deeply concerning. If you had service here, get your bike checked elsewhere and find out what these guys messed up. If you haven't had service here, AVOID!

Where do I begin.. 1st Kudos to Salesperson Mike & Parts Manager Justin, However Service is another Story, My son brought in his Ducati 950 for service and to flush and top off all fluids. They forgot to reinstall the gasket on the rear brake fluid reservoir cap. While riding back to college, he felt a loss of brake pressure. When he pulled over, he found that the fluid level in the rear brake reservoir was low and brake fluid was dripping onto the exhaust. I'm trying not to be a dick but when I leave 4 messages to speak to you and not 1 call gets returned I'm feeling like I need to get your attention apparently. This isn't my normal MO. All I'd like to do is speak to you but getting ignored over this situation is really pissing me off. Just give me a call please. I really don't want to escalate this to the next level.

Really fair deal on exactly the bike I wanted. It was still crated when I bought it, and they actually had it ready to ride a few days sooner than expected. Really great folks, wouldn't hesitate to buy from them again.

Just purchased a new Triumph bike from Chanh, he was outstanding to work with. He and Dale took such great care of me. Communication was easy and quick and they delivered on exactly what they promised. I plan to do more business here in the future. This dealership can get you any bike you need, just go here first and work with these guys, you'll be grateful you do.
