Amazing customer service and knowledge of many motorcycle brands. Spend time with four different people all great. Jake spent the most time with me, helping me decide on the best bike after at least 100 questions and weeks of working with me. Strongly recommend you only shop here. Be on the service they gave me a great deal on my purchase and found me incredible financing options.
avoid the service department at all costs. Very slow, very expensive, service is always rushed. bike came back with stripped bolts, and bolts that weren’t screwed. All on a brand new 2026 BMW motorcycle. technician will also tell you to your face how much he doesn’t like Philadelphia. These so-called technicians also over torqued the oil filter and oil drain bolt on my Ducati monster to the point of breaking the oil drain bolt, then covering it up and sending the bike out like nothing happened. We had a great experience dealing with the team at Quaker City. Sam, our salesman, was very knowledgeable and offered several options for a bike that would fit our needs. We test rode a couple, and we landed on a good all-around choice. Getting to a fair out the door price wasn’t a hassle, and they didn’t attempt to pressure or to upsell us.
