I have purchased three motorcycles from this dealership in the past, so I expected the same honesty and professionalism I had experienced before. Instead, this was by far the most disappointing buying experience I've had. We negotiated the entire deal through text messages, including my trade-in motorcycle and the price of the new M1000R. I had a very bad experience with their service department. I made an appointment more than one month in advance to get my 2009 T-100 running as it had been parked inside my house as a display. They quickly determined that my bike needed either a new fuel pump or fuel injectors and they would figure out which it needed (or both) and get it running. Then…..crickets. Very happy with my experience working with salesman Dale. The dealership is clean and has a large inventory and variety of bikes. I was able to get the right deal and purchase the indian challanger I have been looking for.
Amazing customer service and knowledge of many motorcycle brands. Spend time with four different people all great. Jake spent the most time with me, helping me decide on the best bike after at least 100 questions and weeks of working with me. Strongly recommend you only shop here. Be on the service they gave me a great deal on my purchase and found me incredible financing options.
