Quail Valley had been are Vet Clinic for years. They have always been wonderful with our animals. Would not take our babies any where else.
Dr. Samson helped our elderly Shih-tsu when we were unable to find a willing vet nearer our home. He was cheerful, industrious, and successful and we are so thankful!!
I couldn't ask for a better Vet. They care about your fur babies like they were their own. Quail Valley and all that work there!
No customer service at all. Called today due to severe swelling around dogs right eye along with discharge. Barely given the time of day by the staff who answered the phone. Told best could do would be to drop him off tomorrow and maybe they would get to him. Called different vet and immediately had appointment to be seen. I was a long term customer of Quail Valley but no more. Transferring vet services to different vet effective immediately. I would call and complain but honestly do not believe they would care. I really want to thank the doctor the help us last night even when it was after hours. He was very comforting, informative and compassionate with us and our dog rocky. Thanks again for all your help.
