Rough day. Thought I was taking my boys' cat in to treat a sickness, but ended up coming home alone. Even though the staff probably sees stuff like this everyday, they blew me away with their care and compassion. They are truly amazing people. Thank you.
It was after hours and my poor Wubbie had been crying in pain for hours. I finally made the decision to call and he was seen and treated inside of an hour. He normally sees Stacie, but the on call vet was really amazing. My furbaby is normally a real butthole but he was very friendly. I love Quail Valley and will never go anywhere else.
Have gone to Quail Valley for years. They are always kind to our fur family. Thank you Brian for taking care of Freddie.
