Would never recommend anyone live here. We have had issue after issue and have only lived here about 6 months. All issues are maintenance involved and maintenance is TERRIBLE. Takes weeks to even come look at the issue. We didn’t have a working dishwasher for the first 3 months of living here and was still expected to pay full rent. We will on ground level and for the last month have noticed our spare bed room was getting wet around the window. I would give zero stars if that was an option. 8 months into our lease they charged us double rent and it was a hassle the entire time. Every phone call and visit to the office about this we were told they didn’t have an answer for us. It took SIX MONTHS for us to receive the extra charged rent. I’ve lived here for almost a year now and plan on staying another year. Pretty good place to live. Have had a few issues with communication when it comes to the leasing office and had troubles with the laundry rooms but other than that it is a quite, nice, and inexpensive place to live!
I have not yet had the privilege of renting one of there apartments because of the waiting list but i have seen them and they are beautiful and they must be a great place to live hence the waiting list. ;) I am hoping to be in one of these before 🎄. the ladys in the office are always so sweet and friendly. My kids attend school at William Cappal and have a lot of friends that live in the apartments so I can't wait!! I also love how they do special events for the holidays i have never seen any type of management do this!!!
We've lived here for almost 2 years and we love our apartment. The girls in the office are very nice and always try to help you in any way they can. Maintenance does a really good job at getting to the problem as soon as they can. I also love that they have started doing activities in the office such as crafting and contests. I love the location also, right off the highway and can be to either Troy or Wentzville in about 10 minutes
I love my apartment, any time I've had a problem it has always been addressed quickly..and I'm so glad the speed bumps we're put in cuz people were driving entirely way too fast while there are children playing outside..and the ladies in the office are really nice, they go above and beyond for the tenents. I would most definitely recommend Quail Run Apartments!
1 star. never any parking, new apartment used really cheap stuff, always mud on the parking lot, construction non stop, dumpster always full, mail box broken, rent keeps going up. water smells so bad. its very trashy place to live. there new trailers are run down . place just isnt that great.
