I developed a good relationship with the staff. They’re pretty helpful when I have issues and are willing to work with me on them. Rent is cheap… Can’t argue with that
Rent is decent, location is good for what it is. Everything is close by. The manager Shara is great, helped me out when needed. Overall cant complain for what you get.

So disappointed with this place!!! Worst experience ever! The manager Sharon is supper racist... Hates Mexicans! One month before moving out one of her employees (Christian)/next door neighbor when in to our apartment and stole our belongings and we called the cops. Employee had our belongings in his apartment!!! Manager did not fire him or evict him. He still works there beware of thieving employees!!!
I hate I moved into the Quail Run apt back in 2010! I have been dealing with the RUDE unprofessional manager Sharon Ward for too many years. I have tried to pay a debt to the ARC company for 2 years, Sharon Ward refuse to give me pictures of a unit she claims I wrote black marks all over broke a window left a whole bedroom set and damaged a old building and staircase. So my son had a party while I was out of town working, I understand he broke the rules so I was ask to move I only had 1 month left on the rent and Sharon ward... read more

Do not live here! Old apartments, strict apartments, you will violations for bbqing and have alcohol outside your door.
