I lived at Quail Meadow, one of the many Irvine Company properties, for a year and a half, and the experience was consistently disappointing. The community is well-managed, and it’s clear that the staff takes pride in maintaining a positive living environment. Some small hiccups and initial maintenance request required initially, but overall this is a lovely community. Very quiet, respectful, and kind neighbors. You can’t beat how walkable and serene the neighborhood is. Really loving it here. Edit: Also adding that the maintenance guys are very kind, and always on top of requests!
