We have been living this place since 5 years ago and whenever we request any service, they will immediately fix the problems! This morning, we had a problem with our microwave and they changed to a new one! The technician named Juan and Rio came and did a good job!! They are also very kind always :) - Julianne Huh

This was a second request for dryer which had minimal heat. Cesar came to my unit and did exactly what was requested from my original service request. This dryer was completely clogged with lint that obviously had been accumulating for years, which can be dangerous. He took his time and replaced the vent which was bent and was not allowing the heat to circulate inside the dryer. He takes pride in his work and listened to my concerns. I am resident of them for more than 10 years they are amazing I want to share my recent experience: Our refrigerator freezer stopped working, so I called and spoke with Paol,who handled everything immediately. Within 30 minutes, two technicians arrived, checked the fridge, removed the old one, and installed a brand-new refrigerator.
