I was so confused with processing application but jamilah helped me alot she is really helpful and patient. She was so nice and understanding.
Requested to check AC and Cesar was timely and polite , respectful of my area. He meticulously surveyed the cause of malfunction and found out the its from an external electrical wiring connecting to ac unit that accidentally been cut by the landscaping maintenance. He took time to analyzed the source of the problem and explain it . As he was passing by the sliding door , the latch is not locking right . The office and maintenance staff at Quail Hill are lovely! I highly recommend going in person, they are so friendly and work hard to make sure you get the attention you deserve. Yes, getting a reply via email or phone takes some time, but it's definitely because they have a high volume of responses to get through (the community is not small!).
