Lived at Quail Ridge with two other roommates, this is two apartment complexes which are apparently trying to blend together. At quail ridge the office was never open, and the pool wasnt open all summer. It was advertised as a private office and private pool. They never give things that they promise. The office members are unprofessional, and depending on who you ask questions, you will get a different response. The fees change daily. Dont rent from here unless you dont mind a headache.
This is a nice place to live but before you move in make sure they tell you everything. These people will lie to you and want to add on fees after they get your application fee. You have to pay extra for anyone that is over the age of 18 and they will want to include anyone over the age of 18 on the lease agreement. Nice place but they will say whatever to get you in and charge you extra.
honestly I think theses apartments are great.
Ive lived here for a while now and it seems that things are being allowed to slide. The outsides need paint, only 1 pool is working, kids seem to be running loose, and the police are showing up more and more. Someone needs to get things under control here. This used to be a quiet place that was well-taken care of and where people felt safe. Thats changing. Oh, the previous reviewer is wrong. Big dogs are allowed, but certain breeds arent.
We lived at Quail Ridge for over a year and enjoyed it. The property is very affordable. The location is convenient to interstate and shopping. But my biggest joy was the property was quiet and the neighbors were friendly. My only complaint is the time it took to get some repairs done.All in all, a nice place to live and if I need an apartment in Rock Hill again, this would be at the head of my list.
