bad management place falling apart because no repairs and renovations were done.before move in the apartment was not cleaned.the floors upstairs constantly squeak like you could fall through the ceiling the pipe in the upstairs bathroom began to leak water into the downstairs den.without heat and had to go to a motel and they did not reimburse me for my stay due to their poor management.mildew was in the bath tub washer and dryer connection.nothing was done or improved to maintain the property for residents.
