Chuck is such a nice guy and very experienced. Thank you Chuck for all your hard work.
I have owned/lived here for two years and my only complaint is the attitude of our maintenance man. I have never had a positive interaction with him since the beginning. We pay a decent HOA fee and it is very disappointing how he goes out of his way to be incredibly rude to residents, especially the younger ones. Everyone I have talked about him to has said the same.
