Stayed at unit A14U for vacation. There was no AC for 2 days, repeatedly was advised someone was coming. There were mice all over condo. I have photos. Pool was closed entire stay. Community Grill was very disgusting and unable to be cooked with. Would not ever stay with Vacasa. Customer service terrible unresponsive and unreliable.
