My grandma has lived at Quail Crest Blackberry cottage for a couple years now, it was an impossibly hard decision to move her here after 89 years in her own place being independent and she has continued to decline. The care takers at Blackberry cottage are amazing to my husband and I. He couldn't live at home with me anymore so I had to make the impossible decision to place him in a care facility. Quail Crest stood out due to the unique space and welcoming atmosphere. The staff in Blackberry cottage have been extremely helpful, positive, caring and patient with my husbands needs. I am relieved to know he is now safe and secure 24/7. I feel Quail Crest is a true partnership between myself and the staff. I highly recommend.

I visited several other memory care facilities in Eugene. Quail Crest was easily my choice for my mom based on their unique physical space with a wonderful, secure outdoor courtyard connecting the cottages. But even more important than that is their caring staff, especially Christine. She goes above and beyond! Mom lives in Sunflower and I could not be happier with the care she receives. Of note is the quality and varied food they serve. Mom also enjoys the scheduled activities like bingo, crafts, van rides, and music.

My husband is a resident at Quail Crest Memory Care, and I can't say enough about the support we received during the transition. Cari Garrigus was absolutely instrumental in helping our family navigate the emotional and logistical challenges of finding a safe, compassionate place for him.
