I love this place!!! They know my dog when he walks through the door, they even know him when I call. They treat us like family! Dr. Doug is amazing with my dog, he loves up on him even when Dude is being a butt. He will answer any question I have, and will even take the time to talk to me on the phone. Cody the receptionist is AMAZING too! She remembers everything about my dog and me. They really are pet oriented! Just wish they had more office hours in the day! :) If you love your pet, this is the place to go to!
We've had a great experience here. Dr. Streeter and her staff were awesome with us and our dog.
Absolutely adore this vet and their staff, particularly Dr. Hagan and Cody, we adopted a cat with untreated issues and they helped us so much to see to it that he was treated and that where he was adopted from covered the cost. We can call them anytime and always get answers or help from the staff. This will always be our vet �
The office is clean, the staff friendly and the doctors competent and compassionate. Everything you could ask for when it comes to caring for your fur family. (Y)

Being fairly new to the area, I had a lot of options with which vet to take Roxy to. I'm thankful I chose this one. They truly care about your fur baby and what's going on. I took Roxy in twice yesterday for being sick and asked many questions, I'm sure some multiple times, but they welcomed me and Roxy both times and didn't make us feel like we were burdening them. We've been taking our fur babies to QCVC since 1992. Drs. Ruby and Dr Williams have taken care of our Goldens through the good and the bad, the normal and the totally bizarre. Cody and Dana are always patient when I call with all kinds of neurotic questions, and the good doctors are always good to call me back. When we recently lost our youngest Golden in a TOTALLY unexpected manner, the entire office was so, so, so kind and compassionate about our loss...they were genuinely sad at the loss and so sympathetic to our grief.
