I love all of the Dogtors and the employees at QCVC! They're all super kind, thoughtful, patient and very educated in their careers. Both of my dogs love them which says a LOT because one of my dogs doesn't like anything or anyone. 🤣 Dogtor Kim goes out of her way to call me back and she calls me late after hours, she's still working and she's still as pleasant and kind as she was first thing in the morning. I highly recommend this Veterinary Clinic to everyone that I know that needs a new Veterinarian. ❤
Sydney, my Airedale Terrier has been going to Dr. William's for 8 years. She is excellent with him and is very caring.
Not only does Quail Creek Vet Clinic (with Dr. Carolyn and Dr. Doug) take good care of our pets, they care about them. Our dog Perro LOVED going to the vet! They'd get down on the floor with her to examine her so they would allay her fears as much as possible. They sent me a sympathy card with handwritten notes from all the staff and doctors after our dog Perro died, and then we got a donation notice from them in memory of Perro to charity. I'm very thankful.
I honestly cannot say enough good things about this place. My Charlie, who recently crossed over the rainbow bridge, did not like the vet at all. This clinic was able to handle him and do thorough checks on him and I have always felt so good about being there. The entire staff is so nice and they care about your animal. Very professional and personal at the same time. I’d give them 10 stars if I could.
5 Stars I would like to give a huge recommendation to Dr. Doug Ruby and his fabulous staff, Cody, Dana, and Jessica! I am sorry if I missed someone. You are all wonderful. Dr. Ruby is a brilliant and caring veterinarian who has gone above and beyond to troubleshoot my dog Lucy’s very complicated case of Cushing’s Disease for years. He works tirelessly to provide excellent care. stays on top of research, and is a wealth of knowledge. I highly recommend him.
My new puppy and I visited for the first time, and this will be where he goes from now on, as well as our other pets. Everyone was extremely friendly, the doctor took time to talk about things like crate training and obedience training and no vet has ever done that before with me. Our other dog sees a regular vet and a specialist for her heart. Her regular vet doesn’t know it yet, but they’re fired. She’ll be going here for vaccines and routine care going forward.
They are professionals.
I could not have ask for a better vet clinic for Charlie and me.
why do I keep getting lost dogs mail ..jeez I have 2 dogs & I have never lost Any of them people WATCH YOUR DOGS !!! OR u will find them dead ..
