I've lived at one of their properties for 8 months, and Sue Miles has been the kindest, most understanding landlady I have ever had. They let me out my lease earlier, prorated my rent for the month I moved out, and helped me deal with getting rid of some furniture. The apartment unit I was in was really nice, they were super responsive to maintenance requests, and I cannot recommend these people enough!
Poor training and poor people skills. No respect for the Constitutional rights in our country. Freak out and act like children then call the police on people with a camera. Scary what they do away from a camera.
Best landlords! Professional, efficient and they take care of their property! If I had an issue and I contacted them, immediately they sent a member of their crew to fix it. I rented from them a total of 18 years! They sold their property and I miss QUAGLINO’S . Best company in San Luis Obispo
