It's was great that you sent the AGI rulings in December 2024 to let us know which units has to pay lump sum June 2025. But don't you think it would have been a good idea that local management and yourselves sent a reminder letter 3 months or even just a month so we didn't bounce or cheques or go into overdraft. Local management has time to send letters about entry permissions which is great. But why do we need notices about things that are less important?
