Clay and the team at Quadrax Trailers have been the epitome of professional and yet that amazing small business, comfortable feel. The work this team did for our custom trailer project was AMAZING. The price couldn't be beat as well. The job was completed in a very reasonable amount of time and was done earlier than quoted. I would recommend Quadrax any time and twice on Sundays (even though they are closed)!
Clay at Quadrax built me a raft trailer one year ago, and after lots of use, it has been great. He’ll build you the trailer that is perfectly for your needs. I have a weird pole in my garage, so he narrowed the trailer to be a true 7” width (12” length), which still perfectly fits my 15” high side raft. 2” hitch receiver on the back allows me to run bike shuttles for certain rivers and the winch up front is removable so I can move the raft forward on the trailer. 15” wheels provide great clearance as well. Very nice Folks! Nice trailers. I just bought a trailer and the owner looked me in the eye and told me if there is ever an issue he will handle it. I doubt there ever will be an issue but I'm happy there are still business that stand behind their products.
My brother and I have purchased 3 trailers from Clay. I am beyond impressed with the quality of these trailers. They do weigh a little more than others, but that is due to the solid construction and extra bracing added. I recently had a small issue that I'm sure was my fault, I just didn't have the time to fix it. It was repaired quicker than expected, and at a very good price!
