Best value in Waynesboro As far as apartments go in Waynesboro there is no other place I'd rather live. The office staff is knowledgeable, kind, and always willing to help. The maintenance team seems always hard at work doing something to keep the property in good shape, they are approachable and genuinely care about my requests.. In short this is the best value I have found for the money in this area...

Rent to high for what its worth You have to pay your own gas which can be very high in the winter because they wont replace windows and doors and air comes through like the window is wide open! They don't really fix things they just try to patch it up make it look good. The rent is way to high for the quality of the apt you get. The washer and dryer are always breaking down not working so you lose your money! Its a process just to get it back. During these hard times they have raised the price on everything! miss Well i moved here because it was reasonable priced good location,everything included in the rent. i love the fact that it has a pattio, and laundry facility. i actually work thirty miles away from my home, the rent was perfect for me, being single with one child. There are alot of great things to do, i love fishing at the parks, they also have a big extravaganza every year in the summer. the kids love when the carnival comes to town, that's a every year thing i also look forward to.
