My overall experience wasn’t great. I had an appointment booked for 5:30 but wasn’t taken in until almost 6:00. The waxing room also felt more like a storage space with a salon bed, which wasn’t the most relaxing environment. The biggest issue for me was the wax itself. I went in for a simple underarm wax, which usually takes just a few minutes, but I was there for over 15 minutes. What a wonderful salon! The atmosphere is lovely and relaxing, amazing service. Crystal gave me an excellent mani pedi. Thank you. This wlll be my go to place.
Great staff, I get many compliments on the beautiful purple/blue sparkly nails and the add on art work is great.
I tried Quadra Nails and Spa for the first time last week. I can usually make a gel polish last 3-4 weeks before I need to get it replaced, but my manicure from here lasted less than a week before it started peeling. The staff were all lovely but unfortunately, the quality of work didn’t level up to other establishments.
Poor quality. Chipped after 2 days. Top coat didnt last.
