Owner is extremely rude and unprofessional. They didn’t have the oil to do my oil change after I made an appointment the day before. Then he argued with me saying he didn’t care about my review or my business and told me I need to be “extremely nice” 😳 I would NEVER recommend this place!! You’re better off going to Valvoline.
They try and play you..BEWARE they will try to screw u for ur money. and they seem like such nice ppl..u will be surprise
Ironically My Car broke down right across the Street from Quadirs auto World and I ran inside while they were closing up shop and asked for help because I was stranded, with no hesitation they took my car into the garage and diagnosed the problem. The next day my car was ready for pick up! I am extremely satisfied with their service and the price. I will definitely be going back�
They sold me a car with a bad battery , a bad alternator , after two months my check engine light came on still not fixed, i gave them my car for two months because I had no heat in the winter they told me my car was fixed got my car back with a crack in my windshield , still no heat and my signal lights was not working. then they tryed to charge me to fix my alternator and put a battery in but still have not fixed the problems I pointed out when I brought the car do not go to them horrible business.!!! My daughter is a junior in college she lives on campus, but likes to come home on the weekend and drives at least a hour and a half there and back. Her engine blew. They new I was on a time restraint because she had to head back to school after winter break. The crew at Quadirs automotive had a new engine placed in the car in two days, and its running like a brand new car. Staff was professional, helpful, and kind. I will recommend them to everyone.
Genuine concern and customer service skills are impeccable! I highly recommend Quadirs Auto World not only because their service is unmatched but mainly because they didn't take advantage of the fact that I'm a female and get over on me.....they actually saved me over $2,000...more than half of what the Honda dealer was gonna charge me for a big repair job they performed on my car! Satisfaction Guaranteed!
