Windstorm December 2024! Took my Porch Awning & Roof off together! Took me a few days to find Quad County, Harry came out, gave me a quote, I signed the same day! Work began right away! Insurance paid for the awning & roof! I added the deck, repair/replace piers, level the house, and a walk in shower Very happy with all the work!
had work done on my mobile home by this company they put a new awning on with caulking everywhere horrible job. Do not trust them. They also put perimeter pears underneath and half of them were loose and dangling. They came out to inspect today and I showed them and they just asked me if I was just looking to complain in reality, I just wanted the problem fixed, but they don’t fix things they put it on their Customers like it’s their fault. When we bought the 1978 home, I had an inspector check out everything so that we would not be buying a complete fixer upper. He missed the fact that there were no support piers on either the west or east side of the house. I was concerned about squeaks in mom’s floor boards, so I called Quad County and Harry came out. He had good news and bad news. It was the bad news that was going to cost us money. If we did not invest in ten piers on each side we could be looking at a collapse any time in the future.
