I like Dr. Franzman. He is a great Doctor and have had mostly good experiences here but my last cleaning I had a horrible experience with the dental hygienists Jodi. It was the most aggressive, painful cleaning I have had. She was very rough with my gums and she was not kind. I had to stop her and tell her she was hurting me. She did not apologize but seemed annoyed with me. She even hurt me with the water sprayer. I know dental cleanings aren’t painless but this was bad and her attitude was not nice.
We deeply appreciate the camaraderie shared with this office! Thank you again for thinking of us and always being so kind to others. Also, super cute team photo on card!

I was referred by my dentist to Dr. Franzman due to recession on my two bottom front teeth. I put off scheduling an appointment for around 2 years. I finally got the guts to schedule a consultation and learned that I needed a gum graft done with tissue taken from the roof of my mouth. I followed through with my surgery and I will say that it wasn't bad at all.
