I felt immediately at ease and Dr. Bobera's attentiveness was greatly appreciated for an out of the ordinary condition.
Doctor Bobera is excellent. I was nervous going to get a gum graft however, he was the best I could have asked for. During the recovery he would take questions via text message and responded with an hour of texting him. He’s just the best you could ask for. He made the process extremely smooth.
I can’t say enough good things about Dr. Fanzman and his entire staff. Dr. Fanzman is not only an excellent dentist, but a genuinely kind human. He listens, explains things clearly, and never makes you feel rushed or dismissed. He takes fears and financial realities seriously, which means more than I can put into words. I like Dr. Franzman. He is a great Doctor and have had mostly good experiences here but my last cleaning I had a horrible experience with the dental hygienists Jodi. It was the most aggressive, painful cleaning I have had. She was very rough with my gums and she was not kind. I had to stop her and tell her she was hurting me. She did not apologize but seemed annoyed with me. She even hurt me with the water sprayer. I know dental cleanings aren’t painless but this was bad and her attitude was not nice.
We deeply appreciate the camaraderie shared with this office! Thank you again for thinking of us and always being so kind to others. Also, super cute team photo on card!
