This office doesn’t return phone calls, had poor staff and physician manners, and will basically hold medicine hostage for patients. It is very unprofessional, and all around awful since Dr. Fiscella retired.
This facility said they accepted my insurance and after the two visits their highly incompetent clerical staff informed us they don’t accept our insurance and now are billing us for both visits at full cost instead of our co-pay. Absolutely ridiculous how horrible they treated me while trying to fix their mistakes. And now we are responsible for their errors. We have dropped them and I keep receiving bills. Some now don’t make sense like they added more. I’m livid.

There was a miscommunication at the Hammond location about my appointment. I got upset and was rude and that was uncalled for. Even with me being unpleasant the ladies still treated me with respect and handled themselves very professionally. I would like to apologize once more for my rudeness and thank you ladies.

I loved it .definitely loss weight .But it but me in the hospital twice. Once I had to have surgery .
