Started out kind of bad, I walked in , a few associates were busy with customers, the lady at the desk was doing some paperwork, with her back turned away from me, I stood there for a few minutes to see if she would turn around, which not untill I said something did she turn around, but seemed alittle irritated that I spoke to her, then another lady came from the side rooms and ask me if I was there for an adjustment on my glasses.
