RecommendedEverything looks delicious and looks like it's made with care. I've only tried the coconut cream pie so far, and it was delicious.
RecommendedFor one reason or another, I have gone to Quack's since about 1986. To: 'Lucy', No, I do not self-identify as Jewish, but I can appreciate several reasons for why you might ask me that.
Who charges $26 for refrigerated apple pie? Doesn't Quacks bakery understand that refrigerating pie crust is a big no-no because it destroys the integrity of the crust? Who on Earth would refrigerate freshly baked apple pie? Yuck. I'm brand new to Austin and tried Quacks on the recommendation of my realtor. Never coming here again unless they refund me the $26 and promise to never charge that much for refrigerated pie again.
