My experience here was very unpleasant. The woman hurt my nails a lot when she cut my toenails and she didn't have the material for the job. This person was not professional and I apologize for her bitter attitude. I don't recommend her. She has short hair with yellow dye and because of a movement that touched her nail with the hairdryer, she got angry with me. How badly she treats people.

I called for an appointment for eyelashes and the day before they only asked for my number, never my name, and I am a frequent customer. While I was lying there, another person arrived at the same time as me. They decided to give the person my spot even though I had arrived early. What a lack of professionalism, as if people didn't have a limited time. I am very unsatisfied with this place, I would not recommend it again.

I expect that when I set up an appointment for a certain time with a certain person that they are available and ready for my Appointment then, not working on someone else’s nails and making me wait 45 minutes. I find that extremely unprofessional as if I have nothing better to do but wait.
