I had the first appointment of the day, had to wait for 25 minutes for anyone to see me, and even then it took an hour to go through what should’ve been two very straightforward claims. Anyway, the staff were friendly, and it got done, and life goes on.
No interview no questions no work up no review, why are you even necessary? The VA shouldn't pay you guys for a 5 minute "talk." Such gross lack of care is simply unacceptable.
When I tell you that Dr. Rosenthal changed my LIFE, I am not exaggerating! This funny, kind man actually took the time to go THROUGH my medical records and asked me questions about things that I had long forgotten. If it weren't for this amazing man, I would NOT be service connected for an extremely life-threatening condition that I didn't even realize was connected to something that happened to me in service.
