Veterans - go somewhere else! In particular, do not see the audiologist. J ROSARIO GONZALEZ was my audiologist; she was unprofessional and kept talking over me. She also cut me off repeatedly while I was trying to answer her questions. At one point, she made fun of me by speaking so low that I could not hear due to my hearing loss, which her VA exam confirmed. She kept doing this to either frustrate me or because she did not believe me. Later, she became upset because I made an innocent comment and started raising her voice.... read more

Staff is very friendly and takes safely seriously during these times. Need to call ahead before going to door, they will open all doors for you as well. Doctor was empathetic and didn’t try to brush issues off. Took about 3 hours total although I needed xrays and a PFT, doctor exam was about 30 minutes.
