She also cut me off repeatedly while I was trying to answer her questions. At one point, she made fun of me by speaking so low that I could not hear due to my hearing loss, which her VA exam confirmed. She kept doing this to either frustrate me or because she did not believe me. Later, she became upset because I made an innocent comment and started raising her voice.... read more
