I’ve been going to Kozy Nails for almost 2 years, and the service has been declining. I am a young person of a colour, and I have been consistently feeling treated worse than white customers from how I’m greeted to being assigned less experienced technicians, even when I book specific ones. First time getting our nails done here. They came out lovely and almost identical to the reference photos! Will be back!
Everyone is very friendly and very talented.
If I could give zero stars I would. I came in wanting a manicure + shelac for the holidays. It took over an hour and a half + being shuffled around person to person all to leave so disappointed. I asked for neutral with abstract red chrome lines. I came in with a reference picture and everything. The one girl messed up the original painters line and instead of fixing it, just “added a line” I feel like a child could have done better. I had to request the nail polish on my skin be removed.
