Do not use Provo Wellness Center! I thought I was renewing my Medical Cannabis Card but I was being SCAMMED by Mickie Korma who works out of the Provo Center. She took my $100.00 and did not do certification. Center does not return calls, email domain is now gone and EVS said they are sorry
