My wife had to do a battery of blood tests for her chronic condition. Took the lady 4 tries before getting the vein. Our private health care was not even considered and were charged $320 for the test. We received a receipt without any of the required information to submit to our medical aid. When requesting an itemised bill we were told that would take 7 days to process. We will not be using this service again.

QML for blood test today, the young lady was terrific, hardly felt the needle going into the vein. I always go to Tyack health at Manly West, QML they do not work on a Saturday morning, it was worth that I waited until Monday morning.
