Took my 86yr old mother for a blood test. Its a big job to get here anywhere as she has very limited use of her hands and feet. Got the door just before 1pm (they have a sign on the door that says closed between 1pm and 2pm but you don't know this till you get there) and the two women that work there were talking to another woman. One of the two said in a stern tone "we're closed" and wouldn't look at me or talk to me. I love going here when Sam is here, she is amazing. She knows where my veins are and gets it first go every time. But when I see a different collector there i hesitate to go in. Keep up the great work Sam💙
Sam is a really efficient and calming nurse, just what is needed when blood samples need to be taken. A very valuable employee of QML.
