25/9/26 First time here. No waiting time. Clean room and organised, clutter free work space. The nurse did her job well in regard to being professional and pain free needle insertion. However, a bit of a smile could go a long way. The nurse at the time, was very short spoken, no smile. I did feel a bit like a burden to her and was quite uncomfortable. Absolutely disgusting of what’s happened this morning. THIS IS NOT ACCEPTABLE!!! Shame on you. I booked 2 weeks ago a 24h holter heart monitor for this morning. I m a health care shift worker ,this means that is very hard to schedule everything regardless my roster. I took 2 day off from work to get this test done and this morning at 5:30am I received a SMS message about that my booking is been cancelled with no specifying any reason why. Amazing! I am a chronic fainter with blood tests and had put this off for 6 weeks due to anxiety. Didn’t even feel it which is a first for me. Quick service, amazing staff.
