I love everyone who works here. They really treat you the way everyone should be. I have been here before but had to stop going because I no longer had insurance. 3 years later I am back and so happy to be a patient again. My teeth feel so clean and happy to show off my clean teeth. Thank you!!!
My visit with the doctor and the staffs made me comfortable. I appreciated the doctor writing down the notes for me since I was not able to lip read cuz of the masks. Looking forward to get a soft guard that will help my jaw rest and heal.
This practice has the best of everything: dentist, staff, environment, technology. But best of all is the outstanding customer service of this practice. I've had lots of work done and I always feel confident of outcomes and experience.
The Dr. and staff is always so pleasant and make me feel comfortable, for someone who does not like going to the dentist. Always a positive visit.
When I moved to Swansea and needed a new Dental office Symmetry was one I was referred to. I am so happy with the level of service and that they keep the comfort of the client in mind.
Although I liked my previous dental office I wanted a dentist in town and closer to home, so I switched to Symmetry last summer. So far so good. Nice atmosphere and I really like the staff and the dentist. Very modern office using safety protocols with room air purifiers, and hygienist wears a mask and shield. I feel that I have received great care here.
After not having been to the dentist in many years I was very apprehensive about going. From a minute I walked into Symmetry Dental to the minute I sat down in the dental chair I felt nothing but calm and at ease. From checking in for my appointment to my dental technician Danielle I felt as though I was in good hands. Symmetry spa always makes me feel welcome and comfortable. Office is kept immaculate, especially during this pandemic. Dr. Melfi never lets me be in pain. Highly recommended!
