As always the service, staff, and experience was terrific. As someone who spent years being afraid of the dentist, this is the first time in my life I can walk into a dental office without fear, knowing I’m in capable and caring hands. Honestly I can’t say enough about y’all!
This is a great office. The spa-like atmosphere is very soothing. They really go out of their way to make you comfortable. The have state of the art technology. My son even looks forward to his cleanings! I do too. While he got his cleaning, I enjoyed a wonderful massage in the massage chair. Dr. Melfi and his staff are all very personable and accomadating. I would definitely recommend their services.
Paige was my dental hygienist, she was so sweet and patient. She explained everything she was going to do before she did it. She made me feel at ease and also welcoming.
As a person with severe anxiety when it comes to dentistry, this practice is the answer to my prayers. The atmosphere is clean, calm, and inviting. The staff are so friendly and attentive. Everything is explained before they do it. Every effort is made to make sure you are comfortable and relaxed during your visit. I can’t wait until the spa portion reopens and I can truly indulge! Who knew I would actually LOOK FORWARD to going to the dentist?
I have been to a few different dentists over the years, and hands down, all I can say is... WOW....simply unbelievable. The place is immaculate, the services and the education from Symmetry Dental is newest and latest. I need a consultation for a front tooth implant. I had gone to another dentist and had a temporary "flapper" until I could get an implant. Great job wonderful service.
Hope the title of my review says it all. I would like to add I find the staff and doctor very respectful in communicating based on listening closely to my questions and concerns and respecting my choices for me and my child. This is above all else the most important aspect for me and why we've continued with Dr. Melfi's office since back in the days of the Bristol, RI location. Happy to have followed the practice to MA.
This dental spa is truly a calming experience. My hygienist, Paige, is careful, thorough and kind. I have had some experiences with dentists and hygienists dating back to when I was young and this dental spa has brought some healing to those hurt places. I highly recommend Symmetry Dental and Spa!!
