I appreciate4 Dr. Melfi's compassionate concern about my anxiety issues. The dental suite is very modern with the latest equipment. His staff is super!
I was impressed with the professional and welcoming atmosphere as soon as I walked in. Dr. Melfi went to great lengths to ensure my comfort before, during, and after my procedure. His assistant also made me feel at ease. I would definitely recommend going to Dental 1 RI for cleanings and all dental related care. You will receive excellent service and will feel more relaxed afterward than when you came in. The lemon scented face cloths are a really nice touch.
Professional services, facility and people, state of the art computerized equipment, Im impressed with every visit. If it wasn't for the special cleaning/exam ad for $59. I would of never found you-thank you.
Outstanding dental practice. I recently moved to Bristol from Boston and have had a life long fear of dentists and dental procedures. In addition I would leave the Boston dental practices with a sense of shame for not taking better care of my teeth. In Dr. Melfi's care I not only felt safe, I truely did not feel pain. What ever was used to numb my mouth really worked. I also did not feel shamed by him and his staff. This is a really talented group. Their knowledge and experience helped make me feel that I made the right choice for future dental care!
Unbelievable technology that shows the patient what is being done. Updated way to exray. No more surgery on gums -now laser. Fillings are invisiable and cosmetics are available as well. NO PAIN! Doctor and staff are wonderful and prices are the same as anywhere else. This is an awesome experience.
It was great until the dentist feel asleep in the middle of the root canal. . . only kidding GREAT JOB
Had a very good experience. The last time I was there Samantha gave me excellent advice and told me to purchase a water pik. She let me know my gums are in great shape. I just wish someone had given me this advice 30 years ago!! Thanks, Robin
