Words cannot express what an excellent job you do every time I have needed dental work done. Your entire staff are the best. All my dental work has been pain free and easy. I always hated going to the dentist all of my life, but not anymore. I know I need much more work done and the Doc is working with me to finish all I need to do to end up saving my teeth. This is the BEST and most welcoming Dr.'s office, I have ever been to. Dr.Melfi along with his staff (Chelsea, Alice and Sarah) have been beyond patient and understanding with me. The dynamics of the office are light-hearted, friendly, and at times humorous. It's a great place for those with phobias of dental procedures. I was in a lot of pain for a few weeks. They helped me out a great deal. Everyone in the office is very knowledge and supportive. The staff is is caring and willing to work with all clients through the entire procedure, from making appointments, to financial paperwork, pain management, explaining every procedure step-by-step. No question is considered trivial and someone is avaiable any time.
Staff is very attentive and professional. Excellent care, everything is explained fully before anything is done.
Had a chipped tooth and was seen the next day. The Dr. and staff were friendly and professional.
