I found Dr. Chen's practice by reviewing email postings like the one I hope to present here. The last dentist's office that I visited was very "upscale" in its appearance, and more than ready to give you their T-shirt, their pitch about how great they are, and quickly provide their extensive, expensive treatment plan. I recently left Dentalworks in Matthews because of their lack of any sort of chair side manner. After one visit i can tell that Dr Chen's office is exactly the opposite! The staff was very professional and personable. I was extremely happy with the dental plan that they went over with me in detail and for which the prices were clear and well explained. I did not feel pressured in any way and Dr Chen went out of her way to introduce herself and shake my hand. Very happy that I switched.
My visit today was very good. Dr Chen is such a pleasure to have as a dentist. She is always very thorough and makes me feel comfortable with whatever the situation.
