Dr. Chen, her associates and assistants make the dental experience that no one looks forward to, a pleasurable experience. Dr. Chen is one of the most highly trained dentists I have ever known and provides a wider array of services than most in the business. She has provided me with crowns and fillings like most but also 4 implants in the same day plus a sinus lift. She and her staff go to great measures to sterilize the environment to avoid infection and are always polite and courteous. I would never leave her!

Love the flexibility with their appointment times. The staff is very kind, thorough, and professional. The hygienist who did my cleaning does a good job and shows great interest in my concerns. However, when it came time for the flossing she pressed down so hard because my teeth are so tight in the front. She didn't control how hard the floss hit my gums...that was painful. The other hygienists or doctor Chen have been able to do the floss without it hurting. I have to say it's worth it because the practice is otherwise wond... read more
