Very professional building that is serious about its cleanliness and experience. Amazing friendly staff and the buildings management practices are very fair. Very helpful accommodating during the move in and move out process. When it rains they put out mats in the elevators.

We love love love this building. Our one bedroom apartment is decent size with dishwasher/washer/dryer in unit. The building has tons of amenities that are already included in your rent and amazing views. QLIC front desk/mail room/maintenance staff is super friendly and helpful. They maintain the building very well and keep it sparkling clean. We are finishing our first lease and can’t be happier with our choice.
