I contacted Qlama Appliance Repair regarding my wine refrigerator. The first issue I encountered was that when I called their number, there was a lot of static on the line, which made communication very difficult. They scheduled a same-day appointment, giving me a window between 6:00 and 8:00 PM. At 7:53 PM, I still had not heard back, and they informed me that my technician had been switched, with a new estimated arrival time between 8:05 and 8:15 PM. I called this company based on excellent reviews and I am so glad I did. I got a same-day appointment and Amir was prompt, courteous, and able to quickly diagnose the problem with my washer. As soon as the part arrived, my washer was fixed and now it is working perfectly. I highly recommend this company and will be using them again for any appliance breakdowns that arise in the future.

Very professional and kind. We called this group out for our freeze dryer, while they couldn’t work on this specialized equipment they were kind enough to review 2 other appliances that were zapped in a storm a while back.
