I requested they reattach my outer casing of my Maytag washer. Instead of reattaching they started looking around inside the washer and telling what was already known. Then they determined it wasn't worth it and didn't do the requested service. All that had to be gone was to reattach the shell. I never said anything about working on anything interior. Andrew was very professional. He explained the process. He tested my machined multiple times before he left and explained to me that I do have a 90 day warranty. Any issues, which is a good thing to have? I will recommend him due to him.Being so thorough and professional.

Extremely quick service and booking was so easy. Andrew came through, saw what was needed and ordered the parts right away. Came a few days later and finished the job quickly. Andrew is extremely professional and knowledgeable! Will definitely call him again for all my appliance needs.
