I had my hair done by Niz for my graduation day, and I couldn’t be happier with the results! She is incredibly dedicated and professional — from the moment I arrived, she made me feel comfortable and truly listened to what I wanted. So upset with the way i was being treated today! It used to be my go to place for hair wash. But how they did a formality of washing my hair today and the way they asked me to dry my own hair because apparently the woman had another appointment booked which is a lie because i had only booked that slot for hair wash. So damn disappointed the way people have started treating and disrespecting each other. I waited for 1 n a half hour in tim hortons for the appointment and this is what i got. I had a wonderful time today with Emma! My cut ended up perfect, exactly like the butterfly cut example I showed her. She also restored my hair from a build up mask I have been over using. Thank you!
